Veneers are thin ceramic shells that are bonded to the fronts of your existing teeth. If you and Dr. Pike have decided that veneers will work to achieve your sparkling smile goals, the veneer application process take 2-3 visits. In the first visit, you and Dr. Pike will discuss the new shape and look of what you’d like to accomplish by placing veneers. Once the plan is in place, the existing teeth will be prepared for the placement of the new veneers. An impression will be taken of the teeth and the veneers will be fabricated to custom fit your smile. The creation of your unique veneers takes about 2 weeks. When the custom veneers arrive they will be bonded to your teeth. It’s our goal to ensure your new teeth feel and look as natural as your own smile.
